Before you arrive

The basics.

3 things to know before your session. We've kept it simple on purpose — turn up, train, leave feeling better than when you arrived.

It's a chat, not an audition

The intro call is 15-20 minutes. We ask about your goals, your experience and what you want to get out of training. No pressure to commit.

Wear what you'd train in

Comfortable workout clothing and trainers. Anything you'd wear to any gym is fine.

Bring water — that's it

We've got the rest. Mats, weights, kit and two coaches on the floor ready to support you.

Your first

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Roughly an hour, all coached, all adapted to you.

    Book your free intro

    Click the button and choose a time that works for you. The call is a short 15-20 minute chat — low-pressure, no commitment.

    Meet your coach

    We'll chat about your goals, experience level and what you want to achieve here. We'll match you with the right coach for you.

  3. Step 3

    Get booked in

    Attend your first session with full support from two coaches on the floor, so you never feel unsure what to do.

I'm not fit enough

Most women who join Xceed felt the same before starting. You don't need to be fit. The 6-Week Trial is designed to help you get back on track with proper coaching and support.

I'm a complete beginner

Complete beginners get the most out of the trial. Advanced lifters tend to get amazing results too. Both groups tend to move onto membership afterwards.

I feel out of place in regular gyms

Xceed is women-only and designed from day one to feel supportive. No intimidation, no judgement — just coaches who know your name and a community that has your back.

How do I get started?
